I’m trying to figure out stat priorities…
agility > 8%hit cap> 20% ? haste? > crit > mastery > extra haste?
if I’m more then 20% haste, should I reforge OUT of haste? I know that once I’m hit capped, having more doesn’t help anything. Is more haste always better?
you can actually slide by with a little less than the 20% haste, because the set bonuses for the current tier makes the focus regen from Cobra Shot much better.
Typically since you’re supposed to squeeze 3 Cobra Shots into the filler time between the Exploding Shot/Black Arrow cooldowns, it’d work out nice, but with the bonus — sometimes 3 cobra shots actually caps your focus and that in and of itself is a dps loss. Even with a little less haste AND the bonus, you might find yourself using only 2 CSs and having to bleed a little off with an arcane shot or two.
In conclusion, MOAR CRIT. :)

If it says only go to 20 percent haste, I’d stop there. Go into crit because it’s good to have a nice balance between stats. :)
